Association credits when you refer a neighbor water association

Credits go to associations only. When another rural water association joins Online Water Bill through your introduction, both associations may qualify for association-level credits after review.

One free monthly mailing cycle after the referred association goes live, issued as a mailing credit equal to one standard monthly bill mailing cycle, capped at $500 unless manually approved.

Referred association

$500 credit toward setup and onboarding. Non-cash, non-refundable, and applied only to the setup and onboarding fee.

Program rules

Credits are issued only to associations, never to individuals.
No cash payouts and no personal compensation to board members, operators, employees, clerks, bookkeepers, contractors, consultants, officers, agents, family members of decision makers, or anyone involved in the purchasing decision.
Credits are earned only after the referred association signs, pays the setup and onboarding fee balance, goes live, completes its first billing cycle, and passes conflict review.
All referrals are reviewed before any credit is issued.
