Earn $1.00 for every active online member after 60 days, rounded to the nearest 100th.

25% Member Bonus

The water association member who accepts the referral and gets the system online receives 25% of the referral bonus.

How the Referral Program Works

1. Identify Opportunity

Find a water association that could benefit from online billing or an upgrade to their current system. This could be your local association or one you know about.

2. Make the Introduction

Connect the water association with OnlineWaterBill.com. We'll handle the consultation and setup process.

3. Association Signs Up

When the association decides to use our system, we'll verify the number of active online members after 60 days.

4. Get Paid

Once the system is live, and established for 60 days, you'll receive your referral bonus and the association member gets their bonus too.

Referral Program Terms

Program Overview

This is an early adopters referral program designed to help boost incentive for rural water associations to sign up for our free online billing system. The program rewards both referrers and water association members for successful implementations.

Bonus Structure

  • Referrer Bonus: $1.00 per active online member after 60 days, rounded to nearest 100th, with a minimum of $500
  • Association Member Bonus: 25% of the referrer bonus amount
  • Active Member Count: Based on the number of active online members after 60 days of system implementation

Eligibility Requirements

  • Referral must be for a water association not currently using OnlineWaterBill.com
  • Water association must have at least 250 members to be eligible for the referral program
  • Water association must complete the signup process and go live with the system
  • Association member must be actively involved in the implementation process
  • Active member count is determined after 60 days of system implementation (to account for adoption period)

Payment Terms

  • Bonuses are paid within 60 days of the establishment period
  • Payment is made via check or electronic transfer
  • Referrer must provide valid contact and payment information
  • Association member bonus is paid to the designated contact person

Program Limitations

  • No maximum cap on referral bonuses - larger associations mean bigger bonuses
  • One referral bonus per water association
  • Program is subject to change or termination with 30 days notice
  • OnlineWaterBill.com reserves the right to verify all information and disqualify fraudulent referrals
